Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines
The registration prices mentioned are in Euro and are exempt from VAT.
* Students HAVE TO present a valid Student ID/proof of status which MUST uploaded during the registration process.
Registration cannot be completed without uploading this valid document.
Payment

Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA).

Please note that the invoice will be issued by IST-iD in accordance with information provided on your registration form.

A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

Confirmation

The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

Certificate of attendance

In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the SPA2023 Conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the conference has ended.
